location: peramboor,
Rent amount :1500rs,
Advance : 8500rs.


Character should be clean cos the room is in the first floor of a ladies hostel.It would be better if the person is a keralite cos there wont be any language problem.

Why you are staying in ladies hostel?

Better quit and stay in some other place, when you think its problem keep away from problem.

Because chennai is not kerala, you can find good house.

Hai Sweet Earth i think u need to take a close look at the add which is given above. It dosent mean that i am staying in a ladies hostel. I think u need to go and refer some of ur school day grammer books so that u can recall how to read and understand a sentence and paragraph. Try to replay desently. If u have any problem in me staying there u can even rent ur house to me.One important thing i would like to tell u is (Because chennai is not kerala, you can find good house) this is not a proper sentence never ever use this sentence to a keralite. Anyway i dont want to go deep into this.Thank u for ur responce.

Hai (ntauqir),

Thank you for ur responce. Character certificate is very important now a days cos there are more than 30 girls staying in that hostel. Most of them are students. I cant allow anybody to come and join with me cos i will be responsible for what ever problem he creates there. I cant take anymore risk cos i already had an issue with a person who was staying with me.
